致密气藏水平井压裂产能预测研究

中文摘要:对于低渗、特低渗油气田,通常采用水平井并进行压裂的方法来提高油层产能。但是水平井压后产能的准确预测一直是一项技术难题,对于水平井射孔完井压裂产能预测前人做了很多的研究,但是对于水平井裸眼完井压裂产能预测模型较少,且现有模型在计算裸眼井筒产能时没有考虑裂缝和裸眼井段之间的相互干扰,这和实际不相符。本文在前人研究的基础上,将任意两条裂缝之间的裸眼井段处理为等效裂缝,与人工裂缝做同样的离散化处理并根据复位势理论、势的叠加原理以及数值分析理论,建立了水平井裸眼完井压裂产能预测模型。对水平井射孔完井和裸眼完井方式下的产能做了对比分析,同时对低渗气藏中水平井段长度、裂缝长度、裂缝条数、裂缝与水平井筒夹角以及裂缝位置等影响产能的因素进行了模拟分析,得出其对产能的影响规律,对水平井压裂的科学分段具有实际指导意义。
英文摘要:For gas reservoir with low or ultra-low permeability, facturing operation has become an important way of stimulation in horizontal wells. However, it is a big challenge for the deliverability prediction after fracturing operation. For the deliverability prediction of fractured horizontal well with perforated completion, the predecessors has done lots of researches. But for the fractured horizontal well with openhole completion, the predictive model is less, and the existing models does not take mutual interference between the fractures and uncased wellbores into consideration in the calculation of the deliverability of openhole, this is not realistic. Based on the previous studies, a new model of the deliverability prediction of fractured horizontal well with openhole completion is built by treating uncased wellbore between any two fractures as equivalent fracture, discreting them, and last using potential function theory, superimposition principle and numerical analysis method. A comparative analysis of the deliverability between perforated completion of horizontal wells and openhole completion has been done, at the same time, the effects of these parameters, such as number of fractures, fracture length, fracture conductivity and the length of horizontal well, etc. on horizontal well fracturing productivity were investigated, to obtain the effect law on the deliverability of fractured horizontal well, and which has practical significance on the horizontal wells fracturing scientific segmentation.
