四川盆地涪陵页岩气田气井合理配产方法探讨

 涪陵页岩气田开发初期,气井的产能评价存在诸多问题,采用陈元千“一点法”公式对页岩气井产能进行计算误差较大,不能有效指导气井配产。为了探索适合本地区页岩气井的产能评价方法和合理配产方式,通过开展多口页岩气井的产能试井,并校正中、高排液气井产能试井异常数据,建立了针对该地区页岩气井不同排液量下的一点法产能计算公式。该公式计算的无阻流量与产能试井求得的无阻流量误差范围在-12%5%之间,二者计算结果较吻合。同时采用采气指示曲线法提出涪陵页岩气田气井6个无阻流量区间相应的合理配产系数。在气井投产初期,可采用合理配产系数进行气井配产;生产中频繁调产井,采用压降产量动态配产法优化气井配产,也可采用两者兼顾的方法指导气井配产。所提出的合理配产方法,为涪陵页岩气田气井的高效开发提供技术支撑。





英文摘要:In the early development of Fuling Shale Gas Field, the productivity evaluation of shale gas wells is faced with many problems. When the single-point method proposed by Chen Yuanqian is used to calculate the productivity of shale gas wells, the calculation error is larger, making the results ineffective to guide the proration of gas wells. To find a productivity evaluation method and rational proration mode suitable for the shale gas wells in this area, productivity test was conducted for multiple shale gas wells, and the abnormal productivity test data of gas wells with medium and high drainage were corrected. Then, the single-point productivity calculation formula of shale gas wells in this area at different drainages was established. The error between the absolute open flow (AOF) calculated by this formula and that derived from productivity test ranges from -12% to 5%, indicating they are accordant. The indicating curve of gas production was used to determine the rational proration coefficients corresponding to 6 AOF intervals of shale gas wells in Fuling Shale Gas Field. When a gas well is initially put into production, it can be prorated according to the rational proration coefficient. The gas well whose production rate is adjusted frequently during the production can be prorated dynamically depending on pressure-drop production, or by using this method together with the rational proration coefficient. These rational proration methods provide the technical support for the efficient development of gas wells in Fuling Shale Gas Field.
