应用数值模拟研究间歇井生产制度——以苏里格气田南区上古生界气藏为例

中文摘要: 苏里格气田南区上古生界气藏(以下简称苏南上古气藏)为致密砂岩气藏,具有非均质性较强,有效砂体规模小、
单井控制范围小、储量动用程度低等特点,大量低产气井采用间歇生产方式,有必要开展合理的间歇生产制度优化研究。针对苏
南上古气藏气井的实际生产情况,利用现代产量不稳定分析方法,分类拟合气井生产初期动态数据的典型段,确定气井地层及井
筒参数。在此基础上,依据气井的动态分类,统计连续生产和间歇生产下渗透率和地层压力变化规律,确定各类型气井平均参数,
建立不同类型间歇生产制度数值模型。通过模拟气井生产初期和3 年之后的开关井时间间隔及开关时间比,确定苏南上古气藏间
歇井最优的工作制度为:开井生产15 ~ 30 d,关井压力恢复需30 d。现场实际应用结果表明,苏南A 井间歇生产后气井产量显
著提高,油套压差降低,实现了气井的平稳生产,气井产量得到提高,为气井间歇生产的精细管理奠定基础。

英文摘要:The Upper Paleozoic gas reservoirs in southern Sulige Gasfield belong to tight sandstone ones featured by strong heterogeneity,
small effective sandbody, little single-well control range, and low reserves producing degree. Furthermore, a great number of
stripper wells are in the mode of intermittent production. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a research on how to optimize a system
rationally. Based on the actual production situations of gas wells in the Upper Paleozoic gas reservoirs, the modern production instability
method was adopted to perform classification fitting on the typical segments of dynamic data in the early stage and determine the
formation and wellbore parameters. Then, according to the dynamic classification of gas wells, the variation laws of permeability and
formation pressure in the modes of continuous and intermittent production were summarized, the average parameters of various gas
wells were determined, and the numerical models for different systems were established. Finally, the optimal system was determined
after well opening and shutting time intervals and the opening/shutting time ratios in the early stage, and three years later were simulated.
Production lasts 15-30 d and it takes 30 d to build up the pressure after well shutdown. After its application to Sunan A well, not
only the production rate is increased significantly but also the difference between casing and tubing pressure is reduced, leading to a
smooth production and an increase of production rate. It provides the basis for the fine management of intermittent production of gas
wells.
