高含硫条件下天然气管道材质适应性评价及选材标准修改建议

中文摘要:川东气田从20 世纪70 年代开发含硫气田至今,投运天然气管道超过4 000 km,大部分管道采用湿气输送。随着管
道投运时间增长,输送介质腐蚀性流体含量逐渐增高,部分在役天然气管道迫切需要更换。但大规模改造成本高,企业负担重。
为此,按照SY/T 0599-2006《天然气地面设施抗硫化物应力开裂和抗应力腐蚀开裂的金属材料要求》,根据川东气田天然气输送
管道材质使用情况,选用在役的20#、ST45、L245NB 和20G、L245NB 新管材,从取样管段的肉眼观察、仪器测厚到室内实验
评价等进行对标分析,评价高含硫条件下天然气管道材质的适应性,判断在役天然气管道能否继续安全运行。评价结果表明:
20#、ST45、L245NB、带附加技术条件的L245NB、L245NCS 在役管材是适应现有生产环境的,建议将20# 钢列入SY/T0599-
2006 标准的管材选择范围,但是当天然气中CO2 含量超过60 g/m3 时应避免使用。

英文摘要:Since some gasfields with high sulfur in eastern Sichuan were initially developed in the 1970s, more than 4000-km-long gas
pipelines have been put into operation. Most of them carry wet gas. As their operation time continues, the content of corrosive fluid in
the medium increases, making it necessary to replace some pipelines in service. However, large-scale reconstruction brings about high
cost further resulting in a heavy burden to most enterprises. According to the Metallic Material Requirements–Resistance to Sulfide
Stress Cracking and Stress Corrosion Cracking for Gas Surface Equipment (SY/T 0599-2006), the existing 20#, ST45 and L245NB gas
pipelines in the fields and new 20G and L245NB pipelines were selected for benchmarking analysis through visual inspection, thickness
measurement, and experimental evaluation. In this way, their adaptability to the condition of high-sulfur content was evaluated,
and the service continuity and safety of active pipelines were discriminated. Results show that 20#, ST45 and L245NB pipes, as well
as L245NB and L245NCS pipes with additional technical conditions, are adaptive to the existing service environment. It is suggested
that 20# steel is included as an optional pipeline material subject to SY/T0599-2006, but it should not be used when CO2 content
among natural gas exceeds 60 g/m3.
