浅析无人机航拍技术在四川盆地天然气管道巡护中应用前景

中文摘要:管道运输是天然气介质的主要运输方式,在天然气管输过程中受各种因素影响可能出现泄露、火灾甚至爆炸等安全
事故,为确保天然气管道的正常运行,天然气管道巡护工作至关重要。四川盆地山路险峻,山体滑坡等自然灾害对天然气管道的
破坏时有发生,威胁人生安全,带来经济损失。为有效解决四川盆地山地险峻地区天然管道巡护困难以及频发山体发生泥石流、
滑坡等自然灾害后人员无法到达盲区展开管道巡护的风险,利用无人机航天拍摄技术在四川西部山地和平原地区进行管道巡护
108 km 应用实验,结果表明:使用无人机技术开展天然气管道巡管可以节约大量的人力物力,在地势险峻危险地段,降低员工巡
线的安全风险,提高管道巡护效率。因此在地势险峻,人口稀少地区无人机技术有很大的应用前景。

英文摘要:As the main mode to transport natural gas, gas pipelines possibly bring some accidents of gas leakage, fires, or even explosion
due to various factors. So, to carry out pipeline patrol is vitally important to guarantee a normal operation. In Sichuan Basin
with plenty of steeper mountains, there are many natural disasters such as landslide still destroying the pipelines, threatening personal
safety, and leading to property loss. To solve the difficulty in pipeline patrol, and avoid some risk where the disasters of mudslide and
landslide happen frequently in summer or post-disasters rescuers cannot keep standby time, the aerial photography of unmanned aerial
vehicle (UAV) has applied to most mountainous and plain areas of western Sichuan for pipeline patrol with 108 km long. It is indicated
that its application can save significantly a lot of manpower, and material resources; and it can alleviate the safety risk of pipeline
walkers and ensure the patrol efficiency. It is also concluded that UAV has great potential in application to rugged and sparsely populated
areas.
