机械振动对固井水泥石强度影响的实验研究

中文摘要: 为揭示机械振动对水泥石强度的影响规律,设计搭建了一个机械振动钻井液的室内实验平台,并制定了相应的正交
实验方案,在常温常压下测试了不同振动频率、振动幅值及振动时间组合下水泥石的力学性能;同时分析了振动对不同密度钻井
液体系的适用性。实验结果表明,机械振动可以显著提高常规密度水泥石强度,但对低密度和高密度水泥石的强度发展有不利影响;
各单因素对常规密度水泥石强度影响程度为:振动频率>振动幅值>振动时间;同时优选出了最佳振动参数:振动频率为6 ~ 21
Hz,振动幅值为2 mm,振动时间大于5 min,在此参数组合条件下水泥石强度可提高10% 以上,为振动固井作业提供了指导意见。

英文摘要:In order to reveal the effect of mechanical vibration on cement strength, an in-door experimental platform for drilling-fluid
vibration was designed and built, and the corresponding orthogonal experiment scheme was formulated. Some mechanical properties
of cement for different combinations of vibration frequency, amplitude, and time were tested at normal temperature and pressure, and
the applicability of vibration to drilling-fluid systems with different density was analyzed. Results show that mechanical vibration
can increase greatly cement strength with normal density, but has an adverse effect on the strength development of low-density and
high-density cement. Besides, the influencing degree of various factors is ranked as frequency > vibration amplitude > vibration time.
Meanwhile, the optimal vibration parameters are selected, including frequency of 6-21 Hz, amplitude of 2 mm, and time of more than
5 min. And under this parameter combination, the cement strength can be increased over 10%. The research results provide the guidance
for the operation of vibration cementing in the future.
