四川盆地川东地区复杂地层大斜度超深定向钻井技术

中文摘要:大猫坪潜伏构造是四川盆地东部地区云安厂构造带断下盘的一个潜伏构造,具有埋藏深、纵向上多压力系统、储层
横向变化大、高温、高含硫等特点。通过应用井眼轨迹优化、钻具组合优选、井眼清洁措施、工具面快速控制、侧钻及防碰技术,
高效优质完成原井眼及两次侧钻井眼施工。该井第一次侧钻完钻井深达6 110 m,稳斜段1 425 m,完钻时闭合距达1 614.47 m,
创该构造闭合距最长记录,第二次侧钻至5 769 m 属该区域内首次完成大斜度三维定向井,形成了该区域大斜度超深定向钻井技术,
为该项目地区实施“稀井高产、少井多产”的开发方案提供了可靠的技术支撑。

英文摘要:Damaoping buried structure, located at the fault footwall of Yun'anchang structural belt, eastern Sichuan Basin, is characterized
by deep buried depth, multiple pressure systems vertically, great reservoir change laterally, and high temperature and sulfur
content. The original hole and two sidetracking holes were drilled efficiently by means of wellbore trajectory optimization, bottomhole
assembly selection, hole cleaning measure, fast tool face control, sidetracking, and anti-collision technology. The first sidetracking of
one well is totally 6 110 m deep with angle holding section of 1 425 m long and the closed distance corresponding to the total depth
reaching 1 614.47 m, which is the longest record of closed distance in this structure. The second sidetracking was drilled to 5 769 m,
which is the first 3D high-angle directional well in this area. Thus, the high-angle ultradeep directional drilling technology suitable for
this area is formed. It provides reliably technical support for implementing the development scheme of "wide spacing, high yield; and
few wells, high production".
