中文摘要:四川盆地川南页岩气水平井开发普遍存在井壁失稳,完井作业摩阻大等问题。因此,提高钻井液的井壁稳定和润滑防卡能力是页岩气钻完井的首要任务。烷基糖苷衍生物钻井液是以糖苷衍生物(阳离子烷基糖苷CAPG 和聚醚胺基烷基糖苷NAPG)等为核心主剂的高性能水基钻井液,简称ZY-APD 钻井液。通过分析该钻井液的井壁稳定和润滑作用机理,形成钻井液配方,并进行综合性能评价。在川南黄金坝和长宁区块应用3 口井。研究与应用结果表明:①该钻井液对川南龙马溪页岩井壁稳定周期较长;②润滑性与同密度油基钻井液相当;③长期稳定性良好,便于维护与回收利用;环保性能优异;④与区块内国内外同类钻井液相比,技术和成本优势明显,实现了国产高性能水基钻井液质的突破。
英文摘要:There are two major problems for the development of shale-gas horizontal wells, southern Sichuan Basin, such as borehole wall instability and high frictional resistance in completion. Therefore, improving this stability and lubrication anti-sticking ability of drilling fluid is the primary task. One kind of drilling fluid based on alkyl glycoside derivative is the high-performance water-based drilling fluid with glycoside derivatives [with cationtic alkyl glycoside (CAPG) and polyether amine alkyl glycoside (NAPG) ] as the soul, so-called ZY-APD drilling fluid. In this study, the formula of ZY-APD drilling fluid was prepared by analyzing its action mechanisms of borehole wall stability and lubrication. Then, its performance was evaluated comprehensively. Finally, it was applied to 3 wells in Huangjinba and Changning blocks, southern Sichuan Basin. Results show that (1) ZY-APD drilling fluid may stabilize borehole wall over the long term for Longmxi shale, southern Sichuan Basin; (2) its lubricity is equivalent to that of oil-based one with the same density; (3) its long-term stability is good and convenient for maintenance and recycle, and its environmental protection
performance is excellent; and (4) compared with other similar drilling fluid produced at domestic and foreign used for this block, it’s significantly advantageous in technology and cost. Therefore, the essential breakthrough of high-performance water-based drilling fluid is made.
