川东地区长兴组生物礁气藏开发特征及技术对策

中文摘要:    四川盆地东部地区上二叠统长兴组生物礁气藏已成为继石炭系气藏后重要的产能接替气藏。与石炭系气藏相比,长组生物礁气藏储层非均质性更强、气水关系更复杂,气藏连通关系难以在短期内搞清,并且在生产中发现硫沉积。通过对长兴组生物礁气藏开发特征及不同类型气藏开发实践效果的分析,针对性地提出了一系列开发对策:①针对生物礁气藏非均质性强,气水关系、压力系统复杂,气藏规模小等特征,采取发现1 口井投产1 口井、动静态结合深化地质认识的滚动开发模式;②在气藏采速上,对部分有一定规模的成片区块,编制具有一定稳产期的整体开发方案或分布实施方案,在气井合理配产上充分考虑硫沉积和气井可能出水的影响,在此基础上,可适当提高产量;③井型以直井和大斜度井为主,随着地质认识水平提高和技术进步逐步进行水平井先导性实验;④气藏治水要根据不断深入的地质认识,在不同开发阶段分别采用分层完井射孔、封堵水层、控水采气及积极排水采气等技术手段。
英文摘要:    In eastern Sichuan Basin, the bioreef gas reservoirs of Upper Permian Changxing Formation have become important productivity replacement ones after the Carboniferous. Compared with the latter, the Changxing bioreef gas reservoirs are featured by stronger heterogeneity and more complex gas-water relationship, resulting to difficult making connectivity relationship clear in a short time. In addition, sulfur deposit was also found in the process of production. So, after analyzing their development characteristics and practical development results, some countermeasures on the development of Changxing bioreef gas reservoirs were made, including that (1) considering some characteristics of strong heterogeneity, complex gas-water relationship and pressure system, and smaller in scale, a progressive development mode of putting well into production after discovering one well and deepening geological cognition based on dynamic and static combination is adopted; (2) for production rate, an overall development scheme with a certain stable production period or a staged implementation scheme shall be formulated for some continuous blocks with a certain scale. To realize a rational proration, both sulfur deposit and possible water production in gas wells shall be taken into consideration fully to increase production rate appropriately; (3) vertical and high-angle deviated wells belong to dominant well type. With deeper geologic understanding and technological rogress, some horizontal-well pilot tests will be carried out; and (4) to control water from these reservoirs, it's necessary to adopt different technologies during various development stages, containing different completion and perforation in every layer, plugging in water layers, water control and gas production, and drainage gas recovery
