四川盆地八角场构造沙溪庙组致密油气防气窜固井技术

中文摘要:四川盆地八角场构造常采用大斜度定向井、水平井开发沙溪庙组致密油气藏。通过对油层套管固井存在下套管困难、上部地层易漏失、水泥浆与油基钻井液相容性差、套管居中度低等难点研究,制定了井眼清洁、漂浮接箍、旋转下套管、微膨胀防漏防窜水泥浆、高效冲洗性隔离液、调整钻井液性能、活动套管、预应力固井等提高固井质量的针对性技术措施,应用12 口井油层套管固井。实践结果表明:①四川盆地八角场构造致密油气防气窜的井眼清洁、漂浮接箍、旋转下套管、微膨胀防漏防窜水泥浆、高效冲洗性隔离液、调整钻井液性能、活动套管、预应力固井等提高固井质量的技术措施,大幅度提高油层套管固井质量,为八角场构造沙溪庙组致密气开发提供了技术支撑。②套管居中度差的条件下,固井前循环时活动套管、降低钻井液静切力能提高固井时隔离液和水泥浆的顶替效率。③漂浮接箍可靠性高,能减少下套管摩阻,有利于套管顺利下入到位,建议在长水平段的水平井中推广使用。
英文摘要:    In Bajiaochang structure, Sichuan Basin, most high-angle directional and horizontal wells are often adopted to develop tight-oil and tight-gas reservoirs of Shaximiao Formation. So, many difficulties in casing cementing of oil layers were analyzed, e.g. difficult casing running, leakage in shallower section, poor compatibility between slurry and oil-based drilling fluid, and low casing stand-off. Then, several technical measures to improve cementing quality were made, including hole cleaning, float collar, rotary casing running, micro-expansion slurry of anti-channeling and anti-leakage, high-efficiency flushing spacer, adjustment of drilling fluid property, casing moving, and pre-stress cementing. And these measures were applied to the casing cementing of oil layers in 12 wells. Results show that (1) a great increase of the cementing quality in oil layers, Bajiaochang structure, Sichuan Basin, gives the credit to an application of technical measures, including anti-channeling hole cleaning, float collar, rotary casing running, micro-expansion
slurry of anti-channeling and anti-leakage, high-efficiency flushing spacer, adjustment of drilling fluid property, and casing moving and pre-stress cementing. Moreover, these measures may provide technical support for the development of tight gas in Shaximiao Formation, Bajiaochang structure; (2) in one case with low casing stand-off, the displacement efficiency of spacer and slurry in the process of cementing can be improved by moving the casing and reducing the shear strength of drilling fluid during circulation before cementing; and (3) the float collar is of high reliability, and can not only reduce the friction of casing running but also facilitate the smooth running of casing to the target position, so it’s recommended to popularize and apply this float collar in those horizontal wells with long horizontal section.
