阜新刘家区煤层气储层特征及产能分析

中文摘要:    目前国内低阶煤地区进行产能分析及采收率预测的较少,而刘家区煤层煤类为长焰煤,属低阶煤,已开采近20 年。因此在该区进行煤层气储层特征研究及产能分析对该区煤层气开发的可采储量估算、井位部署、单井产能及生产年限预测具有重要的作用。通过对地层特征、构造特征、岩浆岩分布情况、煤层特征、煤储层封盖特征及煤层含气性、煤储层等温吸附特征、煤储层孔隙度及渗透率、煤储层原始地层压力等综合分析和评价,总结其对煤层气开发的影响。结果表明:①刘家区煤层气开发的主要目的煤层为阜新组的孙本、中间、太平上和太平下层,煤层顶板均为泥岩夹泥质砂岩及粉砂岩段,泥岩厚度大,裂隙不发育,是良好的盖层;②煤层含气量为5.65 ~ 12.50 m3/t,煤层含气饱和度较高,有利于气体的产出;③通过对3 口典型煤层气井的生产数据产量递减分析及预测,刘家区煤层气井平均累计产气量1 693×104 m3,平均单井采收率63%,平均生产年限在20 年以上。
结论认为刘家区煤层气具有较大的开发利用价值。
英文摘要:    So far, to analyze productivity and to predict recovery factor have been carried out less on low-rank coal areas in China.Much coal produced from Liujia mining area in Fuxin Basin, which has been exploited for nearly 20 years, belongs to flame coal, also as a kind of low-rank coal. Therefore, to make clear reservoir characteristic and productivity of coalbed methane (CBM) in this area plays an important role in recoverable reserve estimation, well deployment, and single-well productivity and production-life prediction.
By comprehensive analyzing and evaluating stratigraphic characteristics, structural characteristics, magmatic-rock distribution, coal bed characteristics, sealing characteristics of coal reservoirs, gas-bearing property of coal bed, isothermal adsorption characteristics of coal reservoirs, and porosity, permeability, and original formation pressure of coal reservoirs, this paper summarized their effects on CBM development. Results show that (1) in Liujia area, the main target coal beds include Sunben, Middle and Upper Taiping,
and Lower Taiping of Fuxin Formation. In the top coal bed which is composed of mudstone with argillaceous sandstone and siltstone, thick mudstone with undeveloped fissures is just as better caprock; (2) in the coal bed, the gas content ranges from 5.65 m3/t to 12.50 m3/t, and its gas saturation is higher, which is conducive to gas production; and (3) it's shown from the decline analysis and prediction based on production data of three typical CBM wells that the average cumulative production of CBM wells in this area is 1693×104 m3, the average single-well recovery rate is 63%, and the average production life is more than 20 years. It's deemed that the CBM in Liujia area has greater value of development and utilization.
