涪陵页岩气田气井生产阶段划分及动态特征描述

中文摘要:    与常规气井生产动态特征相比,涪陵气田焦石坝区块页岩气井的渗流特征、产量递减特征、生产特征呈现分阶段变化和分区差异性,目前没有统一的生产阶段划分标准和各阶段动态特征描述方法。为此,开展了涪陵页岩气田气井生产阶段划分及动态特征描述研究。研究结果表明:①涪陵页岩气田气井在采用动态合理配产生产条件下,根据产量和压力递减特征,将生产过程划分“两大三小”生产阶段,即定产降压阶段和定压递减阶段,其中定压递减阶段又细分为连续自然递减、间歇生产、排采或增压辅助生产阶段;②定产降压阶段主要描述气井压力随累产递减规律、稳产阶段累产气量、气井压力随生产时间递减规律、稳产时间,连续自然递减生产阶段主要描述递减类型、随时间或者累产的递减率、连续自然递减生产阶段累计时间,间歇生产阶段主要描述间开周期平均产量递减率、间歇生产效率、间歇开采有效期,排采工艺或增压开采辅助生产阶段主要描述介入排采或增压工艺的时机、措施增气量、措施后产量递减率。结论认为:明确气井生产阶段划分及动态特征描述内容,能够更好地分析不同生产阶段页岩气井的生产动态及针对性制定措施方案。
英文摘要:    Compared with the production dynamic characteristics of conventional gas wells, the flow, production decline, and production characteristics of shale gas wells, Jiaoshiba block, Fuling shale gas field, present staged change and zoning difference. At present, there are no unified standard and any methods to classify and describe the production stage and dynamic characteristics in each stage. To this end, both production-stage classification and dynamic-characteristics description were studied for gas wells in Fuling shale gas field. Results show that (1) under dynamic reasonable proration, the production process of gas wells can be classified into two big stages and three small substages according to production and pressure-decline characteristics, including both constant-production pressure-drop stage and constant-pressure production-decline stage. And the latter may be subdivided into continuous natural decline sustage, intermittent production substage, and drainage recovery or pressurization assisted production substage; and (2) what is described in the constant-production pressure-drop stage mainly involves pressure-drop laws along with both cumulative production and production time, cumulative production during stable production period, and stable production time. What is described in the continuous natural decline substage mainly includes decline type, decline rate along with time or cumulative production, and cumulative time. The intermittent production substage chiefly involves average production decline rate in the intermittent pumping cycle, intermittent production efficiency, and effective intermittent production period. And the drainage recovery or pressurization assisted production substage mainly includes introduction timing of drainage recovery or pressurization technology, incremental gas by stimulation measures, and production decline rate after stimulation. In conclusion, when the production stage classification and dynamic characteristics description are made clear, the production performance of shale gas wells in different production stages can be analyzed better and the corresponding measures or schemes can be made.
